Rolling green hills and purple heather, towering hazelnut trees and trout filled ponds, ……goats and sheep? A resident llama? That’s right, at heather hills farm and golf course all of the above apply.
Heather Hills is not just a golf course but also a Farm Society, producing primarily Heather, Hazelnuts, Lambs and Seasonal vegetables, which can all be found for sale at the Haney Farmers Market.
With sustainability, community involvement, and youth advocacy at the forefront, the Robson Family can proudly stand by their mission statement.
“We will use our lands as a part of our perpetual fund generating organization to better our surrounding community all while continuously striving to make our operations sustainable.”
In addition, Heather hills has a championship style, 9 hole, par 3, golf course, that is all beauty and no pretentiousness. Included in the course to challenge you and improve your game, providing water hazards and sand traps, to challenge you and improve your game, or perhaps to keep your ego in check.
The course is suitable for all ages and skill levels, so grab the kids, grab some friends or set up a Fins and Skins tournament and come out to enjoy a day in the beautiful environment of Heather Hills.
