The Alouette River Management Society is pleased to offer a weekly tour while the salmon return to the Alouette River. On Mondays at 12:00, everyone is invited to join us as Corrections harvests eggs, and prepares for incubation. The River Heritage Centre and hatchery will welcome the public for a 2 hour tour every Monday until the salmon run is finished (usually the end of November). The tour will be done by donation. The egg harvest will not necessarily be done every Monday, as it will depend on the fish return, but the tour will happen regardless. Please also let the public know that even while tours are not happening during the rest of the week, Allco Park and Maple ridge Park are great places to watch the return of the salmon.
Thank you for your support!

Quality and Comfort,
Updated and Spotless,
Courteous and convenient.
The Quality Inn Maple Ridge, is as the name indicates, and much more.
61 well appointed rooms with decadently comfortable beds and completely updated decor. Centrally located, and just a short distance from many of Maple Ridges culinary, cultural and outdoor adventure attractions.
Onsite the hotel provides an indoor hot tub and sauna, fitness centre, meeting room, as well as, The Pantry, a full service, family friendly restaurant.
Not to be overlooked is Firefly Fine Wines and Ales. Offering an extensive collection of fine wines and craft beer, free wine tasting and a full wall with an assortment of wines specifically categorized for food pairing.
Above all of the endearing qualities the Inn has to offer, is the friendly and accommodating staff.
I had the opportunity to meet people from maintenance to management and it is not hard to see that Quality runs through to the core.

Consider…….
A new camera, after your dingy blows a hole and everybody ends up going for an unwelcomed swim….
$400
Replacing your food supply after a gang of marauding racoons break into your make shift cooler and devour everything….
$200
A visit to the mechanic after taking your compact car on some undesirable roads….
$500
SUV packed with all inclusive camp gear……..PRICELESS
After a neatly packed and stacked Nissan Xterra was delivered to us, we left Pitt Meadows and in under an hour we arrived in Golden Ears Provincial Park. It takes us mere minutes to find a beautiful evergreen sheltered campsite, and not much longer to unload and set up camp.
Canadian Adventure Rentals provides everything from cutlery to pillows…tents to tarps…coolers to cookers, and bikes to kayaks, all neatly packed into yourself drive SUV. You simply need to bring your food, family and imagination. You are able to enjoy the freedom and peace of mind, knowing you are completely outfitted for your perfect outdoor adventure. You decide where you want to go and they make it happen.
We spent two days hiking, biking and exploring the beautiful environment just outside our back door. After taking advantage of every last minute we could and when the unfortunate time came to return to the grind, we were able to pack up with ease. All of the boxes contain lists with what needs to go back in.
Canadian Adventure Rentals has made camping easy and enjoyable. So rethink your next vacation or even your next weekend. Consider trying something new, and create some great memories that will last a lifetime.
