Protected by a range of mountains, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows enjoy a moderate coastal climate characterized by small seasonal variations in temperature. Consequently, our golf courses are open year-round.
The mean daily winter temperature is 1.8° Celsius (35.24° Farenheit) and the mean daily summer temperature is 17.5° Celsius (63.5° Farenheit).
Precipitation
Our communities receive 164 to 195 cm of precipitation annually, mainly in the form of rain. Snowfalls are rare. Monthly rainfalls generally reach a maximum in December while minimums occur primarily in July.
Sunshine
Our communities experience an estimated 1,400 to 1,800 sunshine hours annually with 73% of the total occurring from April to September.
