Getting Here

We’re closer than you think! The communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows are located in the north east sector of Metro Vancouver, and are now more accessible than ever with the opening of two new bridges.

The impressive six-lane Golden Ears Bridge (tolled), crosses the Fraser River at 200th Street linking Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge with Langley and Surrey to the south.

The Pitt River Bridge (untolled) connects Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge with Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam to the west via Lougheed Highway (Hwy #7).

Air
You’ll be here before you know it! By car, our communities are approximately 45-minutes from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and 25-minutes from Abbotsford Airport (YXX).

In addition, Pitt Meadows Regional Airport offers scheduled service to Nanaimo and Victoria courtesy of Island Express Air. It also features the closest skydiving facility to downtown Vancouver. Flight-seeing tours are also available. Also make sure to check out Whistler Air for services from Pitt Meadows to Vancouver.

Driving
Our communities are easily accessible from Highway #1 (Trans-Canada Highway) via Golden Ears Bridge or visitors can travel along Lougheed Highway, also known as Scenic 7. For highway travel in British Columbia, visit Drive BC.

Ferry
Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge can be reached from the BC Ferries terminals located at Horseshoe Bay (a 45-minute drive east, mostly on the Trans-Canada Highway and the Lougheed Highway) or Tsawwassen (a drive of 50 minutes via Highway 91, New Westminster, and the Mary Hill Bypass).
